Keystone seeks its first General Counsel to build and lead a strategic legal function in a PE-backed, growth-oriented company. The role partners with the CEO, executive team, and Board to shape legal, compliance, and risk while enabling business objectives.
As the senior-most legal leader, you will design scalable governance, contract management, and risk frameworks, overseeing outside counsel and major commercial agreements to drive efficient growth.
