Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of technical requirements related to the Saba platform, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system integration needs and design effective solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Saba platform.
- Work closely with the development team to implement customizations, enhancements, and integrations within the Saba platform.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and quality assurance for Saba platform updates and configurations.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure optimal functionality.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Saba platform configurations, workflows, and integrations.
- Stay informed about the latest updates and features in the Saba platform to provide proactive technical support.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Systems Analyst, with a focus on supporting the Saba platform.
- Strong understanding of talent management, e-learning, and HR technology.
- Proficient in system analysis, design, and implementation.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the Saba platform.
- Familiarity with API integrations and system interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality technical support.
