Industrial Market Director You’ll be instrumental in driving our success by understanding the market, growing key client relationships, and empowering your team to deliver exceptional service and results every day! Your typical day includes leading the charge in driving sales accountability and empowering your team to be their absolute best. This means setting clear goals, providing coaching and development, and strategizing on market opportunities to achieve outstanding results together! Responsibilities Driving Growth & Building Relationships: You'll be key in understanding the market and building strong connections with clients to grow our business and increase our market share. Leading for Success: You'll empower your team by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Ensuring Top-Notch Delivery: You'll work to make sure our talent and client satisfaction scores are excellent, focusing on quality experiences for everyone. Strategic Planning & Execution: You'll analyze data, set sales targets, and work with the delivery team to create and implement effective talent strategies. Championing Improvement & Innovation: You'll encourage the adoption of new tools and ways of working to boost efficiency and help your team achieve even greater results. Qualifications You have at least 5 years of staffing industry leadership. You have achieved sustainable business growth, gained market share, and has maximized productivity with a business span of at least $1M. History of outperformance leading a sales team through change. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
