To maintain cleanliness of the restrooms, beverage area, perimeter of the building and parking lot. To work with other team members to ensure guests receive excellent service. To keep all areas stocked in both Back of the House and Front of the House for quick and efficient service.QualificationsMajor Areas of Responsibility:Ensure guests are seated at a clean, properly set table within the shortest amount of time possibleMaintains cleanliness of restrooms, beverage area, perimeter of building and parking lotAssists with proper set-up and opening of locationSets up the service areas, restocks and prepares service areas for shift change and/or closeEmpties trash and sweeps the restaurant and bar floor areasMaintains cleanliness and stocking of beverage areaOffers assistance to guests by clearing empty plates and glasswareCleans and sanitizes throughout the shiftPrepares for shift change and closeAttends pre-shift as scheduled.Keeps the manager fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action which may be takenPerforms all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objective of this positionMaintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity and effectivenessAt all times provides a favorable image of the Company to promote its aims and objectives and foster and enhance public recognition and acceptance of all its areas of endeavorUtilizes Company cultural training and available services to ensure that guests experience supersedes expectationsPackages leftovers in To Go packaging per Company standardsDeliver water, bread and butter as applicable
