Project Accountant

What We're Searching For RallyX is seeking a diligent individual to join our team in a Project Accountant role. We are seeking a team member to support our accounting division with routine financial and administrative functions. This position is designed for a candidate who thrives in a structured environment and is building experience in accounting processes and procedures. What You'll Do Enter invoices, receipts, and basic financial data into our accounting systems Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing Organize and maintain financial records and documentation Assist in reconciling vendor statements and flag discrepancies for review Support month-end close with basic journal entry preparation and documentation Communicate with internal teams to gather required paperwork and approvals Provide general administrative support to the accounting department What You Need High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or accounting is a plus. 1-3 years of office, administrative, or accounting support experience Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools Willingness to learn accounting systems and processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite in our office Why RallyX?
