What You’ll Do:

• Take inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  
• Help customers resolve basic questions and issues
• Input data into client systems with accuracy
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work towards metrics that can lead to fast-track promotions
