Landfill Workers Needed - Entry-Level

Location: Richland County $17.50 per hour | Schedule: Full-time | 1st Shift

Job Summary:

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Landfill Workers for positions in Richland County. These are entry-level roles requiring physical labor, outdoor work, and the ability to follow safety procedures. Great opportunity to get your foot in the door with long-term potential!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operation of landfill site

• Sort, clean, and organize materials as directed

• Operate tools and perform general labor tasks

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all safety and environmental guidelines

Requirements:

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Reliable transportation to/from the job site

• No prior experience required - we will train the right candidates!
