Job Responsibilities Handle insurance defense matters and manage all case stages. Explore and implement early resolution strategies and alternatives to traditional litigation. Respond promptly to client communications and report case progress on time. Accurately record time for billing, meet deadlines, and maintain ethical standards. Use case management systems and technology effectively, including AIM/Perfect Law. Requirements 5+ years handling insurance defense type matters. Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management skills. Willingness to be responsive to clients, report progress timely, and record billing accurately. Willingness to master deadlines and pursue continuous improvement of the industry and work environment. Technologically confident and comfortable using case management systems.
