Here are just some of the ways Hope Network invests in you for all that you do: Pay rates starting at $17.00/hour and up commensurate with ABA experience Additional wage increase for active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification Additional wage increase for bilingual/multilingual candidates Longevity bonuses upon eligibility Unlimited employee referral bonuses Medical, dental, vision benefits eligible on first day of employment High quality, paid training Generous paid time off Retirement plan with employer match Supportive work environment Qualified Federal Student Loan Forgiveness through PSLF Tuition and certification reimbursement Growth and career-pathing opportunities Dedicated classrooms and work spaces including fun and exciting play areas Monday-Friday treatment hours with full and part time schedules available The Behavior Technician is responsible for: Providing one-on-one direct care with learners ages 18 months to 21 years while teaching independent daily living skills for a higher quality of life in a primarily center based setting, with opportunities for home or community based sessions based on treatment plan Collecting and recording data on the learners’ behavior for skill acquisition and distressed behavior reduction goals Collaborating and communicating with team members including the learners’ families Providing a safe and supportive learning environment Following individualized behavior programming Adhering to diet, supplementation, and medication protocols per prescription/parent instructions Completing documentation and billing both timely and accurately Hope Network offers our team a unique, hands‑on training experience designed to enhance a technician’s ability to offer high quality services from the start. New Behavior Technicians are set up with an individualized one on one training experience guided by a qualified trainer.
