Domino’s has immediate openings for General Managers for our Springfield store located at 9 Red Barn Lane Walpole, NH.

The General Manager helps supervise a store’s staff and operations, delegate tasks to store employees, manage personnel and training, set sales and other operational goals, implement company initiatives from upper management. The General Manager sets the tone and example for the store.
Our managers are the backbone of our business! Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.
We are looking for active, motivated people in the restaurant world with pizza or equivalent experience. If you are looking to move forward in management with room for growth, we are interested in you. As a large franchise, we have many opportunities and possibilities for management with stores of various sizes and locations.
Management candidates must have a great attitude and customer-oriented personality.
General Manager Responsibilities and Duties would include (but are not limited to):
• Controlling costs, and overall store profitability.
• Inventory/ Product Management.
• Cash Management and Deposits.
• Customer relations.
• Staffing – Including Hiring and Interviewing
• Scheduling/ Forecasting Sales
• Adherence to Company and Corporate standards.
• Marketing/ Advertising.
• Basic Math & Accounting skills
• Including general job responsibilities for store team members
