Title: Project Manager
We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Project Manager to support the successful execution of projects from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
This role is well-suited for both early-career professionals with relevant experience and individuals transitioning from industries such as construction, furniture, or other project-based fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day coordination and execution of projects to ensure timely and successful delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and consistent communication
• Coordinate and procure materials required for upcoming projects
• Support planning and execution of large-scale initiatives
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and data tracking using Excel and other tools
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Open to entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills and relevant internships or hands-on experience
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, furniture, or related industries is a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
• Experience with project management tools or business systems is a plus

Preferred Background

• Experience in construction, furniture, or similar project-driven environments
• Familiarity with project management software, ERP, or CRM systems

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.46/hr.
