Pediatric Hematology-Oncology Clinical Pharmacist position details:

• Facility: St. Joseph's Hospital

• Location: Tampa, FL

• Status: Full time, exempt

• Shift: Varies - 10 hr shifts | 4 days a week

• Weekend Work: Every 3rd

• On Call: No

Pediatric Hematology-Oncology Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities:

• The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

Certifications and Licensure:

• Required: Pharmacist - State of FL

• Preferred: ASHP (Pharmacist)

Requirements

• Required: Bachelor's Degree; PharmD preferred

• Preferred: PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy Residency

• Pediatric Hematology Oncology experience

This position requires Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, managed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). More information can be found at .
