We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join a leading industrial piping solutions company supporting customers across Arizona and New Mexico. This role will be responsible for growing an established territory through a balanced focus on business development and account management while building strong relationships within the industrial and municipal markets.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Manage and grow an established sales territory across Arizona and New Mexico
  
  
• Develop new business while expanding existing customer relationships through a 50/50 split of business development and account management
  
  
• Build strong relationships with industrial and municipal customers requiring underground piping solutions
  
  
• Travel throughout the territory to meet with customers and identify new sales opportunities
  
  
• Collaborate with inside sales, estimating, engineering, and business management teams to deliver customer solutions
  
  
• Expand existing accounts through upselling and strategic relationship management
  
  
  
  

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• 5+ years of outside sales experience
  
  
• Experience selling pipe, underground piping solutions, or related industrial products
  
  
• Proven ability to generate new business while managing existing customer accounts
  
  
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
