The Opportunity

Neurex AI is building applied AI systems that operate inside real healthcare workflows. This role is for data scientists who want to work with rich healthcare datasets and drive insights that power products.

You will analyze clinical and operational data to identify patterns, measure outcomes, and inform product development.

What You Will Do

• Analyze healthcare data to identify patterns and opportunities
• Build dashboards and reporting systems for customers and internal teams
• Develop statistical models to measure product impact and ROI
• Work with product and engineering to translate insights into features
• Create data-driven recommendations for healthcare operations
• Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments

What You Will Build

• Analytics frameworks for measuring healthcare AI outcomes
• Customer-facing dashboards and reporting tools
• Predictive models for revenue cycle optimization
• Data quality and validation pipelines

Who You Are

• Strong foundation in statistics and data analysis
• Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, real-world environments
• Healthcare domain knowledge is a strong plus
• Experience communicating insights to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ownership mindset and execution focus
