Reentry Case Manager - Corrections & Family Services

Hourchildren.org seeks a Case Manager for Bedford Hills & Taconic Correctional Facilities. The successful candidate will support incarcerated women, help with reentry, and assess children's needs. Required qualifications include a BA in Social Work or 5+ years of case management experience. Strong skills in data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Office are necessary, and bilingual candidates are preferred.
