At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. We are seeking a talented Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Scotland Neck, NC, USA .

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering ABA therapy to our clients in a home-based setting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavioral plans and strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Collecting data on client behavior and progress

• Maintaining accurate records and reports

• Collaborating with BCBAs and other team members to ensure high-quality services

• Providing support to clients and families to promote independence and skill development

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and data collection

• Implement behavioral plans and strategies with clients

• Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

• Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and other team members

• Provide support to clients and families to promote independence and skill development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Human Services)

• Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work in a home-based setting, providing one-on-one support to clients. This is a Part-Time position, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
