Commercial Roofing Field Project Manager Company: Service Works Location: Tampa, FL Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview Service Works is seeking an experienced Field Commercial Project Manager to lead service and repair operations across the Tampa market. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from start to finishmanaging crews, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at coordinating field operations, people, and processes. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage commercial roofing crews on active job sitesEnsure all projects are completed on time and within budgetEnforce OSHA regulations and company safety policiesCoordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractor schedulingConduct daily job site inspections to ensure safety and qualityCommunicate effectively with project managers, clients, inspectors, and crewsMaintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and project documentationReview and approve timesheets and labor trackingTrain, mentor, and evaluate field crew membersResolve job site issues quickly while maintaining productivity and professionalismUphold high standards of workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Qualifications 37+ years of experience in commercial roofing or construction supervisionProven experience managing service and repair projectsStrong understanding of roofing systems and field operationsAbility to manage multiple jobs and priorities simultaneouslyStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience with job documentation, reporting, and scheduling systemsValid drivers license and ability to travel locally Requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish) requiredStrong commitment to safety, quality, and accountabilityAbility to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience)Quarterly Bonus potentialCompany vehicle or allowanceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays Why Join Service Works?
