Seafood Clerk – 028 Houston-West Road Store Location: 11006 Airline Dr., Houston, Texas, 77037. Responsibilities Assist customers with seafood selection and provide friendly, courteous service. Set up, maintain, clean, and rotate seafood display cases. Ensure displays present accurate labeling and meet safety standards. Work under direct supervision and cooperate with team members. Physical Requirements Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift up to 45 pounds, occasionally up to 60 pounds. Lift 50 lbs., bend, stand, and stoop for prolonged periods. Perform duties such as standing, walking, kneeling, visual and auditory tasks typical of fast‑paced grocery stores. Qualifications Read and write Spanish and English. Read and comprehend product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, simple instructions, and short correspondence. Effectively present information to customers, clients, and coworkers in one‑on‑one and small‑group settings. Use common sense to carry out written or oral instructions. Basic PC/Outlook skills (desired). Retail Management Certificate (desired). Food Handler Card or equivalent certification required.
