Hospice After Hours RN | Part-time, 2 weekday evenings per week Position: Hospice Response RN | Faith Hospice Schedule: Part-time – Every Monday and Tuesday, 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Territory: Kent and Ottawa Counties and the outskirts of surrounding counties. Faith Hospice offers a unique opportunity for an experienced RN to join our dedicated interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Respond to crisis calls and patient/family concerns. Provide end- of-life visits and after-hours support and care. Covers a 50-mile radius around downtown Grand Rapids, Kent and Ottawa Counties, and surrounding counties. Qualifications RN licensure in Michigan. Minimum 2 years of medical/surgical or acute-care nursing experience. Hospice or hospital experience preferred. Passion for hospice nursing. Valid Michigan driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for home visits.
