Ensure adherence to ethical standards and legal regulations. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. Over 4 years of experience in personal injury law, focusing on motor vehicle and commercial vehicle accident cases. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong legal research skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
