Field Sales Representative

Overview Join an elite group of sales professionals delivering customized, white‑glove experiences directly in the customer’s home. As an AT&T Field Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to earn an uncapped commission potential with new representatives earning between $61,410 and $100,000, depending on geography, experience and education. The compensation structure rewards performance and encourages the achievement of sales goals. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face and voice of AT&T for customers, delivering personalized sales interactions during scheduled appointments. Close deals by offering hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions to keep customers connected. Maintain and build relationships with existing customers, using strong negotiation and communication skills to secure sales. Work independently and travel within the assigned territory, utilizing a company vehicle for official business only. Manage a varied schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays to meet customer availability. Complete all required background checks, including drug screening, criminal history and motor‑vehicle record review. How You Get the Job Done Receive paid training to set you up for independent field work, and benefit from ongoing coaching and learning opportunities. Engage with warm prospects through mandatory daily customer visits scheduled by AT&T. Apply strong negotiation techniques and self‑motivation to drive successful sales outcomes. Key Expectations to Succeed At least one year of commission sales experience (outside sales experience preferred). Proven success in commission sales and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in upselling techniques that elevate customer value and satisfaction. Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly. Valid driver’s license and readiness to drive as part of the role. Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Successful completion of a background check, drug screen, criminal history, and motor-vehicle record review.
