The core responsibilities of this role include basic maintenance upkeep of automated shrink wrap, MHE handling and operation, door upkeep and general tasks associated with a warehouse environment.

Position: Building Maintenance Shift: Weekend, Friday-Sunday 6:00am-6:00pm Pay: $20.50 per hour plus $1.50 Shift Differential

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: previous warehouse maintenance experience, experience with forklifts.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for the general maintenance of the building and facilities including water, heating, air conditioning, and electrical maintenance.

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain HVAC system.
• Do minor maintenance as needed for water and electrical repairs.
• Carry out preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide maintenance to material handling equipment to ensure service reliability.
• Perform maintenance or general carpentry on items such as floors, walls, doors, etc.
• Ensure all safety equipment is in proper working order.
• Complete required reports when maintenance tasks are completed.
• Answer security/alarm calls as needed.

Required Education and Experience:

• 2+ years of previous facility maintenance experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
