ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of two, plus myself. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member and also had a background in education. That experience helped shape my passion for teaching, coaching, and developing others within the insurance industry.

Im a graduate of Missouri Southern State University, married with a baby, and our office includes two dogs, Ginger and Piper, who bring a fun and welcoming energy to the team. Im also a certified scuba diver and have a love for jellyfish, which adds a unique touch to who I am outside of work.

Im very active in the community as President of the Leavenworth Rotary Club, and I stay involved through local events and by sponsoring a soccer league. Building strong community connections is an important part of our agency.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tiffany Andrews - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
