This role is responsible for ensuring liquidity, optimizing capital structure, managing financial risk, and overseeing tax planning and compliance across all jurisdictions.The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with deep expertise in treasury and tax, strong business judgment, and experience operating in a complex, multi-entity environment. This position works closely with executive leadership and cross-functional partners to support business growth, governance, and financial integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesTreasury & Cash ManagementLead global treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, and cash flow forecastingManage global banking relationships, credit facilities, debt compliance, and covenant reportingDevelop and execute capital structure strategies, including debt financing, refinancing, and interest rate risk managementOversee global working capital initiatives to optimize cash usage and financial efficiencyEstablish and maintain treasury policies, internal controls, and governance frameworksTax Strategy & ComplianceLead global tax strategy, planning, and risk management across U.S. federal, state, and international jurisdictionsOversee income tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing, and withholding tax compliance and reportingPartner with external advisors to ensure compliance with evolving tax laws and regulationsSupport M&A activity, integrations, and restructuring initiatives from a tax and treasury perspectiveIdentify and execute opportunities to improve tax efficiency while maintaining full regulatory complianceLeadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing treasury and tax teamPartner with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and Operations to align financial strategy with business objectivesServe as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on treasury, tax, and financial risk mattersSupport internal and external audits related to treasury and tax functionsSystems, Controls & Process ImprovementDrive continuous improvement of treasury and tax processes, systems, and reportingEvaluate and implement treasury management systems and financial tools as neededEnsure strong internal controls and compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirementsQualificationsRequiredBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field10+ years of progressive experience in treasury and/or tax leadership rolesStrong technical expertise in global treasury operations and corporate tax mattersExperience managing global cash operations, debt structures, and banking relationshipsProven leadership experience managing and developing teamsAbility to work full-time on-site in Downtown AtlantaPreferredCPA, CFA, and/or MBAExperience supporting private equity-backed or highly leveraged organizationsGlobal or multinational corporate experienceExposure to mergers, acquisitions, and post-acquisition integrationOffice: Atlanta, GA Category: Corporate/Office Location: Atlanta, GA
