Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

$18–$20 per Hour + Benefits + Weekends Off

Location: Springfield, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience
Job Type: Full-Time

We are currently seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our 2nd Shift production team.

What You'll Do

Operate automated manufacturing equipment
Monitor production and product quality
Perform basic inspections and pull tests
Complete production paperwork and logs
Make minor machine adjustments as needed
Maintain lot control and product labeling
Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping tasks
Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

Qualifications

Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow written instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 20 pounds regularly
Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
Perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
