Your Role as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

As a CNA at The Blossoms at Rogers, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your expertise as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will shine as you assist our residents with daily activities, provide companionship, and contribute to their well-being. Your dedication to compassionate care and collaboration with the care team will ensure that our residents receive the support they deserve. Responsibilities:

In this vital role as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating
Providing companionship and emotional support to residents
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure residents' needs are met
Documenting and reporting resident observations to the care team
Adhering to infection control and safety protocols
