Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• An MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
• Completion of a family medicine residency program accredited by the appropriate board.

Certifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Possession of (or eligibility for) a valid Louisiana medical license.
• Preferred: BLS and ACLS certifications.
