Lead Construction Superintendent

Job Description: Our client is looking for a Lead Superintendent to run projects across the Durham, NC area.

This general contractor is growing and needs someone who can take full ownership of a project from planning through closeout, while building strong relationships with owners, trade partners, and the field team.

Lead Superintendent Responsibilities:

Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through closeout
Develop, manage, and communicate project schedules, including CPM schedules, three-week look-aheads, and recovery plans
Direct daily coordination with subcontractors and trade partners to keep work moving safely and efficiently
Own jobsite safety and quality, including inspections, quality control, and corrective action
Lead and develop Assistant Superintendents and field team members through coaching and feedback Lead Superintendent Requirements: xhyhwjd
Experience leading multifamily residential or senior living experience
Minimum of 5 full projects led from start to finish
Experience managing multifamily projects in the $15M to $20M+ range
Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented approach
OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications
