Front Desk Associate The Front Desk Associate will greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym. This position will provide assistance to members along with inquiries about gym operations and policies, and perform various administrative duties. Responsibilities Greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym. Assist members with inquiries about gym operations and policies. Perform various administrative duties. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills and effective communication with staff and members. Basic understanding of accounting principles and cash processing procedures.
