Paid Media & Affiliate Marketing Contractor

LaSalle Network has partnered with a digital marketing agency in Chicago in their search for a results-driven Paid Media & Affiliate Marketing Contractor to support customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid advertising and strategic partner marketing initiatives. This individual will manage campaign execution, optimize performance across digital channels, and help grow affiliate and partnership programs. This is a 4 month contract with the potential to extend or even convert for the right person. The ideal candidate will live in the Chicagoland region and will be able to come into the downtown office as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across channels such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
• Support the development and growth of affiliate, referral, and partner marketing programs.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, and strategic partners.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, creative assets, and tracking links across paid and affiliate channels.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reporting on campaign effectiveness and partner contributions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Partnership Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, Awin, Partnerize, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign and performance data.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This position pays an hourly rate range of $40-$50/hr, depending on experience. Through LaSalle Network, you will be eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage.
