Collections Associate

Job description: Join a trusted manufacturing company as a Accounts Receivable Collections Associate. You'll support clients by processing orders, answering inquiries, and coordinating with production and logistics to ensure smooth delivery operations. Location: Grapevine, TX Schedule: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM Pay: $21/hour Key Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries via phone and email Enter orders, returns, and adjustments in ERP/order systems Provide updates on order status, shipping, and inventory Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery goals Resolve customer concerns professionally Support the sales team with quotes and product info Qualifications: 1–4 years’ customer service experience (manufacturing/distribution preferred) ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite – a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Office High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred Nice to Have: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience with logistics or technical product lines Perks & Benefits: Competitive pay & bonuses Medical, dental, and vision insurance Tuition reimbursement & paid time off Growth opportunities Onsite gym & food trucks twice a week Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $20 - $22 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
