The Position

We are expanding! We have full-time independent contractor positions available for Psychologists, Master's Level Mental Health Therapists, Social Workers or Marriage and Family Therapists at our Dayton and Kettering office. We are open to both independent and dependent licenses and have supervisors for all. The position is in office.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual, relationship, and family therapy in an outpatient setting
• Managing a caseload of approximately 25-35 clients a week
• Completion of notes and paperwork in a timely manner
• Advocating for clients in community as needed

Stepping into private practice can feel like a huge leap, but you don't have to do it alone. We're here to walk alongside you, offering the mentorship and hands-on support you need with things like documentation, insurance billing, and the day-to-day nuts and bolts of joining a practice. Our goal is to handle the heavy lifting of operations so you can focus on what you do best: being an incredible clinician for your clients.
