Registered Dental Assistant Department: Dental Assistants Employment Type: Full Time Location: Spokane Valley, WA Compensation: $19.00 - $27.00 / hour Description [Practice Name] is seeking a skilled and dependable Registered Dental Assistant with at least one year of experience to join our team. Schedule Full-time Tuesday: 6:30am - 3:30pm Wednesday: 6:30am - 5:30pm Thursday: 8:30am - 5pm Friday: 6:30am - 3:30pm Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories in accordance with infection control protocols Take digital radiographs (X-rays) and intraoral images Record and update patient medical histories and clinical notes accurately Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures Provide patient education on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-operative care Assist with hygiene patients including polishing and flossing Maintain operatory cleanliness and organization Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience required X-ray certification (or ability to obtain per state requirements) Current CPR/BLS certification required Current Dental Assistant Registration with the state of Washington Strong clinical and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Benefits Competitive hourly rate based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical and vision insurance options 401(k) with employer matching Professional development and growth opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment Modern technology and well-equipped operatories #J-18808-Ljbffr GPS Dental
