Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM (2nd Shift)
Compensation: $18–$20 per hour depending on experience
Position Overview
Kelly Services is seeking a dedicated  Traffic Office Coordinator II for our client. In this vital onsite role, you will serve as a liaison between Schneider and its partners, supporting daily logistics activities and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments. You will work hands-on with customers, associates, and external vendors to create and review shipment requests, ensuring smooth operations within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Track, trace, and expedite shipments for timely delivery
• Quickly resolve transportation and shipping issues
• Respond to customer calls, providing excellent service
• Foster positive relationships with customers, team members, and external vendors

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
