Landscape Technician (Stormwater)

Job Title Landscape Technician (Stormwater) Location Raleigh, NC Compensation & Hours $19.00 – $21.00 per hour, depending on experience. Full Time, 40–55 hours per week (Monday–Friday). Overtime opportunities. Travel Required, typically 10 days per month (lodging and $55 per diem on travel days). What You’ll Be Doing Routine landscape maintenance and light repairs of stormwater systems and infrastructure (retention ponds, detention basins, drainage ditches, stormwater grates, etc.). Mowing, weed‑trimming, debris removal, ground maintenance and cleanup, light construction, and maintenance repairs for client properties. Operate landscaping and light construction equipment. Travel from the shop to client sites locally and regionally using the company truck (about 10 days per month). Qualifications 1–2+ years of manual labor or outdoor experience. Understanding of landscaping equipment and materials. Willingness to travel locally and regionally; 10 days per month typical. Minimum age 21 due to DOT interstate transportation requirements. Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, reliable transportation. Pass pre‑employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening. Ability to perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, etc.) in various weather conditions.
