We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who shares our commitment to excellence and patient care.ScheduleOption 1: 56 Hours per Biweekly Pay Period Work hours: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Six-week rotating schedule:Week 1: Monday through ThursdayWeek 2: Tuesday through ThursdayWeek 3: Tuesday through FridayWeek 4: Tuesday through ThursdayWeek 5: Monday through ThursdayWeek 6: Tuesday through ThursdayOption 2: 60 Hours per Biweekly Pay Period Work hours: 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and FridayPosition SummaryThe Certified Nursing Assistant supports the nursing team in providing high-quality patient care throughout the surgical experience. This role is responsible for assisting patients with daily care needs and contributing to a safe, comfortable, and efficient clinical environment while working within the scope of CNA certification.Essential ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with activities of daily living and personal care needs.Ambulate and assist patients as directed by nursing staff.Safely position patients to ensure comfort and meet individual care requirements.Obtain, document, and report vital signs to the appropriate nurse.Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked patient care environment.Replenish supplies and equipment as needed.Adhere to infection prevention protocols, including standard precautions and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).Support the nursing team in delivering exceptional patient-centered care.QualificationsCurrent Nebraska Nursing Assistant certification from a state-approved training program required.
