Duties and Responsibilities: Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, P&IDs, and electrical symbols to verify proper components and wiring requirements. Wire manufactured skids, control panels, and electrical components according to drawings and customer specifications. Lay out and install conduit, including PVC, EMT, and rigid conduit. Bend conduit as needed to support electrical installations. Pull, route, label, and terminate wires in the appropriate locations. Install and connect electrical controls, components, and motor control systems. Test electrical wiring and circuits for proper continuity and safe operation. Troubleshoot basic control circuits and electrical wiring issues. Use hand tools and power tools safely while completing electrical assembly work. Utilize wire and component labeling software, printers, and plotters as needed. Follow applicable NFPA, NEC, UL 508, IEC, CE, and customer electrical standards during equipment builds. Accurately record daily labor hours for each assigned job or project. Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work area. Work independently while meeting production schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Follow all company safety procedures and utilize required personal protective equipment. Collaborate with electrical foremen and other shop team members to complete projects accurately and on time. Assist with the installation and troubleshooting of pumps, pneumatic systems, and related equipment when needed.
