• Support Staff: 5 RNs, 1 PA
  

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC
  
• Licenses: Licensed in WI or IMLC
  
• Certification: BLS
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform outpatient consultations for new hematology/oncology referrals.
  
• Manage follow-up visits for established patients.
  
• Oversee chemotherapy and other infusion treatments.
  
• Collaborate with tertiary care providers for inpatient referrals.
  
• Maintain accurate medical records using Epic EMR.
