Continuous Improvements Senior Analyst

Johnson & Johnson seeks a senior analyst to lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain manufacturing in Puerto Rico. The role focuses on implementing Lean methodologies, driving operational efficiency, and building organizational capability in process excellence within a regulated healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen implementation across manufacturing operations
- Execute continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve productivity
- Track metrics, report progress, and provide leadership updates on improvement initiatives
- Develop and deliver training programs in Lean methodologies to build organizational capability
- Coach cross-functional partners in applying improvement tools and building continuous improvement culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4 years progressive business experience in regulated industry supply chain
- Black Belt certification in Lean/Six Sigma or Process Excellence
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in matrix organizations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software tools
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities at all organizational levels
