MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

salary: $66,560 - $70,719.99 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency with little or no direct supervision. Your daily tasks will include:

• Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose mechanical breakdowns, service motors/production equipment, and adjust mechanical parts using hand and machine tools.
• Install & Fabricate: Read and interpret engineering blueprints to install new production equipment and fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades.
• Maintain & Inspect: Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks while inspecting and assessing the functionality of production machines.
• Empower Others: Train production workers on how to conduct routine preventive maintenance.
• Report & Document: Prepare and submit accurate maintenance reports.
• Safety First: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working weekends
