Candidates must be available for a minimum of 4 shifts per month, with flexible hours during clinic operation times (7am-7pm M-Th, 7am-5:30pm F). Responsibilities include evaluating patients, establishing treatment plans, and supervising assistants. Applicants need a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy, WI licensure, and current BLS certification.
