This role for Rentokil Terminix is to retain and grow their assigned account portfolio through selling un-serviced sites and through the introduction of products, services, and solutions to meet client business objectives. Strategic Account Executives will work to maximize our company’s services across the client’s footprint by working closely with our branch structure and their clients. Revenue will come from selling additional sites, services, lines of business, and products to existing clients by executing LAMP (Large Account Management Process), principles and our account management program. This individual will manage a $6M+ portfolio of business with a sales growth goal of 12% growth for identified clients. Additionally, this individual will be responsible to profitably negotiate client contract renewals. Key Performance Indicators: Identified Accounts Retention, Sales and Revenue New Business Sales Target Achievement Overall Client Retention Profitable Renewal of business Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Growth focus through leveraging LAMP concepts to broaden client relationships and target sales opportunities to improve outcomes. Develop and implement customized business plans to identify growth opportunities and harvest business through an intentional strategy. Focus on profitability through the use of tools to measure profit and the development of targeted strategies to make deals better/more profitable through renewal negotiations and client discussion. Responsible for retention of existing client base through negotiating proactive renewals/extensions of agreements. Responsible for relationship wellness through ongoing risk assessments and client satisfaction measurements and the development of action plans to course correct client concerns.
CANDIDATE SUMMARY
Required Experience: 3+ years of large account management, sales or operations experience. Leverages existing data and business intelligence to develop targeted growth plans for all clients. Focus client interactions on intentional objective-based discussions using business reviews or other strategic channels to discuss the success of the partnership and the opportunities to expand/grow the relationship. Document contract detail, contacts, risk assessment, and all sales opportunities on existing CRM (Sales Force). Use Miller Heiman (LAMP) methodologies to assess and develop plans to broaden and deepen existing client relationships to facilitate growth discussions. Utilize existing profitability measurement tools to assess and develop strategies to proactively renew business and improve profitability. Utilize tools to measure relationship wellness in an effort to get in front of situations that could create serious risk. These measures include risk assessments and ongoing client satisfaction measurements to provide an opportunity to develop action plans to course correct client concerns. Formal Education, Qualifications or Training: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent relevant experience. Base Pay Range Yearly: $73,200.00 - $121,000.00 While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
