Dental Hygienist (3–4 Days/Week) | High-End, Patient-Focused Practice

Location: Tulsa / Sand Springs, OK

Schedule: 3 or 4 Days per Week depending on your preference (Fridays occasional)

Compensation: $45–$55/hour + bonus opportunities

Sign-On Bonus: $3,000–$4,000

The practice is equipped with advanced technology and maintains a strong, loyal patient base—allowing hygienists to focus on quality care and meaningful patient interactions.

What You’ll Do

• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Conduct oral health assessments and charting
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral images
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and prevention
• Collaborate with doctors on comprehensive care

What We’re Looking For

• Active RDH license (Oklahoma)
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Comfortable with digital dentistry
• Positive, team-first mindset
