Job Description
Are you someone who thrives on helping others and has a passion for travel? Join our award-winning travel group as an Entry Level Virtual Scheduling Travel Assistant and turn your enthusiasm into a meaningful career!

In this role, you'll support clients by coordinating travel schedules, including booking hotels, flights, and excursions based on their preferences. With no experience necessary , we provide full training and certification, giving you everything you need to succeed from day one.

You'll gain access to our recently launched software that outperforms major competitors in pricing, along with a personalized website (with maintenance and updates) and social media lead generators to help you grow your client base. Whether you're looking for part-time flexibility or full-time engagement, this virtual position adapts to your lifestyle.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
A love for travel and assisting others
Basic computer skills and comfort using digital tools
Reliable internet connection
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Willingness to complete provided training and certification
