Certified Ford Technician – A-Level Only

$75,000 – $150,000+ Performance Based

If you are the technician everyone in your shop relies on, this position is for you.

We are looking for a Ford-certified technician who can diagnose correctly, work efficiently, and produce consistent hours without supervision. This is not an entry-level position. We are hiring for an experienced, production-driven technician who takes pride in fixing vehicles properly the first time.

If you are comfortable flagging 50–80+ hours per week and want to be paid accordingly, we should talk.

Compensation

Annual income ranges from $75,000 to $150,000+, depending on skill level and production.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Ford certification (STST preferred or actively working toward it)

• Strong diagnostic ability, including electrical and drivability

• Experience with Ford IDS and/or FDRS

• Power Stroke diesel experience preferred

• Hybrid and EV experience a plus

• Ability to complete major repairs independently

• Proper documentation and warranty compliance

• Professional attitude and team mindset

• Own tools

• Valid driver’s license

If you require constant direction or struggle with diagnostics, this will not be a good fit.
