The role This role owns Noteworthy's email and SMS strategy end to end — the roadmap, the calendar, and the results. You'll set the lifecycle strategy that turns Discovery Kit samplers into loyal, repeat customers, build the segmentation and testing framework that gets us there, and report directly on what's moving the number. Noteworthy has a strong product, a loyal customer base, and a clear commercial model built around the Discovery Kit and Signature Sampler. Your job is to define and own how CRM drives that model forward: making sure customers who sample go on to find their match, stay engaged, and come back. You'll report to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing and play a critical role in shaping overall brand and growth strategy, partnering closely with the NW E‑comm Lead on commercial priorities and with Creative on brand expression. What you will own Email and SMS strategy, roadmap, and calendar for Noteworthy — from planning through execution Lifecycle architecture, including the Discovery Kit post-purchase journey, quiz email capture optimization, full‑size conversion flow for samplers, and win‑back/reactivation Segmentation strategy, list health, and deliverability as a system, not a maintenance task Performance reporting and forecasting: open rates, click rates, revenue per email, subscriber growth, and the story behind the numbers Platform strategy and management in Klaviyo (email) and Attentive (SMS), including testing roadmap and tooling decisions Close partnership with the NW E‑comm Lead on commercial targets and the promotional calendar, and with the Senior Director of Brand Marketing on how CRM supports broader brand strategy Hands‑on execution. This is a build‑and‑strategize role, not strategy‑only What we are looking for 4 to 7 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in a DTC or e‑commerce environment (beauty experience a plus), with demonstrated ownership of strategy, not just execution Deep, hands‑on Klaviyo and Attentive expertise. You can build flows, set up segments, and analyze performance A track record of building and scaling post‑purchase and replenishment programs, ideally from the ground up Strong strategic and analytical instincts — comfortable setting a testing roadmap, forecasting impact, and making the case for where to invest Excellent copywriting instincts and the ability to develop and protect a brand's voice across channels Comfortable operating with autonomy and partnering directly with senior leadership across Brand and E‑comm Curious about fragrance or the discovery model is a plus, but not required A builder's mindset: detail‑oriented, proactive, and energized by owning outcomes, not just tasks Compensation $85,000 to $90,000 base, plus bonus and equity.
