Passenger Driver

We are seeking Drivers to provide safe, reliable transportation and deliver an inviting, resident-focused experience that enhances daily life and independence.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide driving services for residents and guests for medical appointments, errands, outings, and special events, Complete event and program set-ups on time.
• Operate community vehicles, including small passenger buses and those equipped with wheelchair lifts, in a safe and professional manner.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles, including loading and unloading walkers and wheelchairs with care and courtesy.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and minor preventive vehicle maintenance while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Monitor vehicle conditions, report any issues promptly, and ensure emergency supplies are maintained.
• Follow emergency procedures and respond calmly in urgent situations while providing excellent customer service at all times.

Compensation & License Requirements

Pay Breakdown:

• $25.00 - $28.00 / hour: For candidates with a valid California Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) WITH a Passenger (P) Endorsement.

Note : To qualify for the higher pay tier, your Passenger Endorsement must be active and valid at the time of hire.

About You:

• Minimum of one year of experience driving passenger vehicles, buses, or providing transportation services preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet PRS driver guidelines; "CDL (Class A or B) with passenger endorsement and DOT medical certificate required."
• Strong communication skills and customer service focus.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide safe, dependable transportation.
• Comfortable interacting with residents, guests, and team members in a professional manner.
