Vascular Ultrasound Technologist

Job Summary Offering a $15,000 sign on bonus for new external hires! Responsible for performing vascular ultrasound examinations on patients. Duties include preparing patients for exams, operating ultrasound equipment, and interpreting ultrasound images. Schedule Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Location Stoneham, MA Responsibilities Responsible for performing vascular ultrasound examinations on patients. Preparing patients for exams. Qualifications Education: Associate's degree in Sonography required Licenses and Credentials: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (required) Preferred Certifications: Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS); Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS); Certified Sonographer - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Experience: Prior experience working in a similar role 2-3 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience with vascular ultrasound equipment; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Attention to detail.
