Overview:
Our Primary Care/Urgent Care practice in Tuscaloosa seeks a Physician to join our growing clinical team. Our organization provides patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment focused on quality outcomes. This role is well-suited for both new graduates and experienced physicians seeking professional growth.

Position Offers:

• Monday Thursday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM & Friday 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
• Competitive Compensation: $260,000 per year (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services to patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting
• Perform patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as clinically indicated
• Document patient encounters accurately in the medical record
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate patients on preventive care and ongoing health management

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field
• Active or eligible medical license in Alabama
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based care environment
