Summary

'Join Paris Baguette as a dedicated Barista, Team Lead, or Cashier at our vibrant bakery and café in the US. Your role will be vital in creating memorable experiences for our customers while supporting our mission of innovation and quality.'
'Responsibilities'
'  Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and baked goods to customers.

• Manage daily operations including cash handling and POS transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Assist in training team members and leading shifts.
• Manage inventory and stock levels efficiently.
• Promote sales through excellent service and product knowledge.
• Support the overall ambiance of the café to enhance customer experience.'
• 'Qualifications'

• Proven experience as a barista or in food service, with coffee experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as TOAST POS
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math.
• Food safety certification is a plus.
• Passion for the food industry and creating delightful customer experiences.'
